In order to diagnose desktop application on your Mac please follow below steps:

  1. Open Finder and click in the menu: Go -> Go to folder

2. Then paste the following address into the address bar: ~/Library/Application Support/RemoteCamp

3. Then create the new txt file called “debugmode2.txt” inside the folder:
(you can create new file by making a duplicate of log.txt (CTRL-C, CTRL-V) file and changing it to debugmode2.txt)

4. Next please close the RemoteCamp application

5. Run the application again and allow it to run for 5 minutes

6. Then copy the log.txt file from the same folder and send it to us!
